How do I add a teammate with limited (view-only) access?

#34 Resolved
Christopher C. 238 days ago

Want to give someone on my team access to view campaigns and reports, but not send anything or change settings. Is there a role for that?

Carol Wright Staff 238 days ago

Yes — under Settings > Team, invite them and choose the “Viewer” role instead of “Admin” or “Member.” Viewers can see campaigns, contacts, and analytics but can't send, edit, or change any settings. If you need something more granular than that (e.g. can reply to tickets but can't send campaigns), that level of custom permission isn't available yet, but Viewer is the closest fit for read-only access today.
