Unsubscribe link still broken after fixing my routes — Support

Saw a similar unsubscribe 404 thread and figured it might be my tracking domain too, but I already have a verified custom tracking domain and it's still 404ing.

Good thought to check, but since your tracking domain is already verified, this is probably a different cause than that earlier thread. Can you paste the exact unsubscribe URL from a recent sent email? If you're using a custom HTML template rather than our default footer, it's possible the unsubscribe merge tag got copied incorrectly or is pointing at a hardcoded old URL instead of the dynamic one.

Here's the URL: https://track.mydomain.com/unsub/a8f2... (truncated). We are using a custom template, I built it a while back and haven't touched the footer since.

Thanks — that URL structure looks correct on our side, which points toward something template-specific rather than a domain issue. Can you open your custom template's HTML source and check whether the unsubscribe link uses the merge tag for the unsubscribe URL, or a plain hardcoded href? If it was built a while back, it's possible it predates that merge tag being introduced and is linking to something static instead.
