Can multiple people log into the same account at once?

#37 Resolved
Robert J. 272 days ago

Is there any restriction on logging into the same account from two different browsers/computers at the same time, or does the second login kick the first one out?

No restriction — you can be logged in from multiple devices/browsers simultaneously without one kicking the other out. That said, if you have more than one person on your team who needs access, we'd still recommend giving each person their own login under Settings > Team rather than sharing one account — it keeps activity attributable to the right person and means a password reset for one person doesn't lock everyone else out.
