Removing a teammate who left the company

#86 Resolved
Justin C. 173 days ago

Someone on our team left the company. How do I remove their access without affecting campaigns they created?

Ryan Taylor Staff 173 days ago

Go to Settings > Team, find their entry, and click Remove — this revokes their login access immediately. Anything they created (campaigns, templates, etc.) stays fully intact and attributed to them historically for your records; removing a team member doesn't delete or transfer their past work, it only removes their ability to log in going forward.
