How do I transfer account ownership to a coworker?

#38 Resolved
Christopher C. 248 days ago

I set up our account originally but I'm moving to a different role and want to hand ownership over to a coworker who'll be managing it going forward. Is that possible?

Melissa Rodriguez Staff 248 days ago

Yes, reply here (or email support directly) with your coworker's email address already added as an Admin under Settings > Team, and confirm you'd like ownership transferred — we handle that part manually on our end since it also affects billing/license contact info. Once done, your coworker becomes the primary account holder and you can be downgraded to a regular Admin or removed entirely, whichever you'd prefer.
