Audit log — can I see who changed campaign settings?

A campaign's sending schedule got changed and none of us remember doing it. Is there any kind of audit log showing who changed what and when?

Audit logging isn't available on all tiers — it's included starting at our top license tier. If you're on that tier already, it's under Settings > Audit Log and shows account-level changes including who edited campaign settings, with a timestamp. If you're not on that tier, this specific case unfortunately can't be traced retroactively since the log wouldn't have been recording.

We're actually not on that tier currently. Might be worth upgrading just for this. Does the audit log start recording immediately from when we upgrade, or is there a delay?

It starts recording immediately once your tier upgrade takes effect — no delay or backfill of past changes, but everything going forward from the upgrade would be tracked. Worth noting it won't help with this specific past incident, only future ones, so if this keeps happening it's more about prevention going forward than solving the current mystery.
