Is there a way to pause a campaign via the API?

Need to be able to pause a running campaign programmatically, not just from the dashboard. Is that exposed in the API?

Yes — POST /api/v1/campaigns/{id}/pause pauses a running campaign, and /resume on the same path starts it back up. Both respect any in-flight sends (nothing gets interrupted mid-send), they just stop new sends from going out until resumed.
