Export of contact list is missing custom fields

#81 Resolved
Michelle S. 88 days ago

Exported my contact list to CSV and the custom fields I added (industry, company size) aren't included in the export, just the standard fields.

By default, exports only include standard fields plus any custom fields that have at least one non-empty value across your exported contacts — if a custom field is empty for every contact in that particular export/segment, the column gets omitted rather than exported as entirely blank. If you're confident those fields do have data, double check you're exporting the right segment/list rather than a subset that happens to lack values for those fields.
