Can I have multiple sending identities under one account?

#85 Resolved
Elizabeth H. 342 days ago

We have a few different brands/products and want to send from a different name/email for each, but manage them all under one SubsiMail account. Possible?

Yes — under Settings > Sending Identities you can add multiple From name/email combinations, each with its own connected SMTP and domain authentication. When creating a campaign, you choose which identity to send from. Just make sure each identity's domain has its own SPF/DKIM set up, since sending reputation is tracked per domain, not per account.
