Refund policy if self-hosting doesn't work out for us?

#69 Resolved
Elizabeth H. 279 days ago

Considering purchasing a license but want to understand the refund policy first in case self-hosting turns out to be more than our team can manage.

Brian Campbell Staff 279 days ago

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no specific reason required — if it's not working out for your team within that window, just reach out and we'll process a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated case by case rather than guaranteed, so if you're on the fence, it's worth using that first month to properly test whether self-hosting fits your team's setup before committing longer term.
