Your personal profile

This is your instance login, not subsimail.com

Every team member's profile here (name, login email, password, avatar) is separate from the subsimail.com account that owns the license — most teammates only ever have this one, self-hosted login and never touch subsimail.com at all.

What you can change

From your account menu, open your profile to update:

  • Name
  • Email (your login)
  • Password
  • Avatar

Forgot your password

Use Forgot password on the login screen. If system email is configured, a reset link is emailed to you. If it isn't, ask an admin to reset it for you instead — there's no self-service option without system email in place.

This only covers regular team members. The super admin account has no in-app or email-based reset at all — see Roles explained for why, and the CLI recovery path.
