Dashboard overview
The dashboard is a per-campaign performance table — one row per campaign, for whatever date range you've selected.
Date range
Defaults to the last 30 days. Change the start/end date to look at any window — the table (and every drill-down link on it) reflects whatever range is currently set.
What each column means
| Sent | Total emails sent — a real count of every send, including every step of a multi-step sequence to the same contact |
| Opened | Distinct contacts who opened at least once (repeat opens by the same person don't inflate this) |
| Clicked | Distinct contacts who clicked at least one link |
| Replied | Distinct contacts who replied |
| Bounced / Failed | Distinct contacts whose send bounced or failed outright |
