Sending calendar

The Sending Calendar is a forecast of what SubsiMail will send over the next 60 days, day by day and batch by batch. It runs the real sender's rules forward, so the numbers respect your mailbox limits — a day never shows more than the daily limit.

Three views

• All mailboxes (Calendar in the sidebar): one line per mailbox per day with its total and the split between first emails and follow-ups. Click a line to open that mailbox.
• One mailbox: pick it in the Mail account drop-down. Every day lists that mailbox's batches, and the campaigns and sequence steps in each.
• One campaign: the Sending calendar tab on the campaign page. The same calendar showing only that campaign's share of its mailbox.

Show rules lists the mailbox's daily limit, sending hours, batch size and pacing and each campaign's days and hours; Edit rules takes you to where they are changed. A Times shown in picker changes the timezone the days and batch times are displayed in (the mailbox's own by default).

Reading a day

Each day says how many emails will go out. Under it, every batch shows its start time and, for each campaign, a coloured count and a tag: initial for a sequence's first email, follow-up 1, follow-up 2 and so on for later steps. Hover over a line (tap on a phone) for the breakdown: the mailbox, the campaign, the sequence step (“email 2 of 4”), the batch window, how many came from this step versus the whole batch, and that day's total against the mailbox's limit.

How exact is it?

The forecast replays the sender's own rules, for every mailbox in its own timezone: the daily limit, the size and timing of each pacing batch, any ramp-up (see Bounce protection), the mailbox's sending hours, each campaign's days and hours, and the way campaigns on one mailbox take turns one email at a time. When a follow-up is due it is placed after its delay. What has already gone out today is subtracted first. The sender sends follow-ups before new contacts, and the forecast does too.

What it assumes

It is an estimate: nothing changes between now and then. Nobody replies, unsubscribes or bounces (any of which stops that person's sequence), a step set to send “only if clicked” counts as sent, and a campaign that pauses itself won't send. Each batch is shown at its start time. Campaigns that aren't active, and contacts not yet enrolled, aren't in the forecast.

On a phone

On narrow screens the month grid becomes a list of days that have emails scheduled, one card per day, with the same batches and tooltips.
